Amanda Greenwood is a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 Community serving buyers and sellers across Southwest and Central Missouri — including Lake of the Ozarks, Fort Leonard Wood, and the surrounding areas.
She came to real estate from the classroom. With a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Missouri State University and time spent teaching 6th grade, Amanda brings a teacher's instinct to her work: explaining clearly, answering thoroughly, and never making clients feel rushed or out of the loop.
Outside of real estate, Amanda is a wife and mother of seven. She lives and works in the communities she serves across Southwest and Central Missouri — and that's not a marketing line. It means she knows the neighborhoods, the price patterns, the local lenders, and the inspectors. It means when something doesn't add up about a property, she'll say so.
